Returns and Exchanges
Domestic and International Return/Exchange Policy:
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will be happy to issue you an electronic store credit, valid for hugbugshop.com ONLY. Electronic store credit CANNOT be used at the HUGBUG brick and mortar store. You may return unused items in its original packaging postmarked within 21 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
To process the return, customer is responsible to contact via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of package delivery date to allow HUGBUG to properly handle your return request in a timely manner. In the email please include order number and the item(s) you are returning. Your request will be reviewed and a return reference number will be emailed back to you IF your return has been approved. Please include this reference number on your return label. HUGBUG will not provide a return label. Returns are at the expense of the customer. Please do not wait till the 21th day to request a return. All return request must be made with 7 days of package delivery date and received at our facility within 21 days.
Prior to shipping, all items are inspected to ensure that your order is in perfect condition. If for any reason during inspection your item ordered is found defective or imperfect, we will contact you via email to give you the option of purchasing at a discounted price as a final sale or happily cancel your order.
This does not apply to gear orders. Gear orders are in its original manufacturer packaging as received from the manufacturer to HUGBUG and they remain unopened before being shipped to the customer.
Please allow 7-14 business days to process and post your refund on the electronic store credit after shipments are delivered back to our facility. Electronic store credits are to ONLY be used at hugbugshop.com. Electronic store credit CANNOT be used at the HUGBUG brick and mortar store.

* HUGBUG boxing (gift boxes, wrapping)
