Returns and Exchanges


We accept online returns within 21 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to process a return. HUGBUG will happily issue an electronic store credit valid for ONLY. Electronic store credit CANNOT be used at HUGBUG Brick and Mortar Store. Please allow 3-5 business days after your package is received at our facility for your return to be processed.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must remain unwashed, unworn, with original packaging and tags attached. In original condition sold.
  • All Meal Time, Pacifiers, Bottles, Special Occasion Items, Toys and Sale Items are a FINAL SALE and are not subject to return.
  • Items must be returned in Original Packaging Sold.

Each and Every Gift Box is carefully hand curated and packed with care by a member of our team! Due to the artisan quality of these beautiful gifting items, please note that  a 25% restocking fee will be automatically assessed on all returns of Ready-to-Gift boxes. No exceptions.

Prior to shipping your order, all items are inspected to ensure item is in perfect condition.

Processing a Return

To process a return, please contact us via email at within 7 days of package delivery date to allow us to properly handle your return in a timely manner. In the email, make sure to include order number and item(s) you are requesting to return. Your request will be reviewed by our team and, if approved, a return reference number will be emailed back to you. Return reference number must be writing on return label. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

HUGBUG does not provide return labels. Returns are at the expense of the customer.
